Where can you buy Wild West Pioneers?
On Steam, for Windows PC. GOG and the Epic Games Store, the other two stores the publisher named, have pages for it but were not selling it yet when Steam opened. No other shop sells it: there is no Microsoft Store listing, no console version and no free download.
Which stores sell it?
The publisher, Toplitz Productions, names three. Its own site says the game is “available in Early Access on PC via Steam, GOG.com and Epic Games Store”. (Said in Toplitz Productions' open playtest news post) Here is what each listing is known to show.

Steam, GOG or Epic: which should you pick?
The one whose library you already use is the sensible default. Two things tip it toward Steam if you have no preference. First, that is where Toplitz and the team post announcements and answer questions, so you see update news in the same place you launch the game. Second, the Steam listing spells out cloud saves, achievements and Family Sharing. If you prefer GOG or Epic, wishlist it there and buy when the page switches to a price. Is it on the Microsoft Store or the Xbox app?
No. The publisher’s list stops at three stores, and the Microsoft Store has no listing for Wild West Pioneers, on PC or on Xbox. If you came here looking for a “Microsoft Windows store” version, the Windows version is the one on Steam (and listed on GOG and Epic). Can you download it for free?
No. The only legitimate download is the one a store gives you after you buy the game: Steam now, and GOG or Epic once they sell it. Any site offering the full game as a free download is not one of them, and those files do not come from the team. There is no free way in either: the demo has been taken down, and the open playtest has ended.
Can you play it on GeForce NOW?
Possibly, but this one is unconfirmed. A community post on Reddit that relays NVIDIA’s weekly GeForce NOW additions listed Wild West Pioneers as a new Steam release for launch day. (Listed in r/GeForceNOW: the weekly GFN Thursday update post) That is not an announcement from Toplitz or the team, and the listing points at the Steam version, so you would need to own it on Steam. Check the game’s page inside the GeForce NOW app before you count on it.
What about Mac and Linux?
