Is Wild West Pioneers on Android or iOS?

No. There is no phone or tablet version, and none has been announced. Every storefront that lists Wild West Pioneers (Steam, GOG and Epic) lists the same thing: a Windows PC game.

How far is a phone from the PC minimum?

A long way. The lowest spec on the Steam page is a Windows 10 PC with 12 GB of memory and a desktop graphics card, and even that is pitched at 30 frames per second on low settings.

Found a similar game in the app store?

Check who made it. Wild West Pioneers comes from EmpireCraft Studios, with Toplitz Productions as publisher, and neither has released it for phones. An app with a similar name and a different publisher is a different game.

Is streaming a way onto a phone?

Possibly, and it is the only one. The game appeared in a Reddit copy of NVIDIA’s weekly GeForce NOW list as a new Steam release. (Listed in r/GeForceNOW: the weekly GFN Thursday update post) Search for it in the GeForce NOW app before buying with that in mind. Remember there is no controller support either: on a phone that means steering a mouse-driven city builder with your thumbs on glass.

What would change the answer?

A Google Play or App Store page under Toplitz Productions’ name, or a post from Toplitz announcing one. Until either appears, the game is PC only. If you have a Windows PC, see where to buy it and what you get in Early Access.
