Can you play Wild West Pioneers on a Mac?

Not natively. Steam’s own platform data for the game sets the macOS flag to false, its Mac requirements box is empty, and GOG lists a Windows version only. (See the Steam store's platform data for the game) A Mac owner has two routes worth checking, and which one applies depends on the chip inside your Mac.

What did Toplitz say about Apple silicon?

A player opened a Steam forum thread asking for a build for macOS on Arm, suggesting it could sell well on the App Store. A Toplitz community manager replied in full:

“Thanks, will pass the suggestion on to the team”

(Replied in Steam discussions: publisher reply on a Mac version) That is a request logged, not a port in the works. Another player has added a vote to the thread since, and no Mac version has been announced.

What can you try on a Mac?

  1. Look for it on GeForce NOW. A Reddit post of NVIDIA’s weekly GeForce NOW additions lists Wild West Pioneers as a new Steam release. (Listed in r/GeForceNOW: the weekly GFN Thursday update post) Open the GeForce NOW app on your Mac and search for it; if it is there, you stream the Windows version you own on Steam and the Mac’s chip does not matter.
  2. Intel Mac only: install Windows with Boot Camp. Boot Camp runs Windows on Intel-based Macs, and the game then installs like on any PC. Check your Mac’s graphics and memory against the Windows minimum first; the game asks for Windows 10 64-bit and a dedicated graphics card with 6 GB of video memory at the low end. Apple silicon Macs cannot use Boot Camp.

Tools that translate Windows games to run inside macOS exist, but the game’s store listings say nothing about them, so treat that route as an experiment rather than a plan.

What would change the answer?

A macOS build would show up on Steam as a filled-in Mac requirements section and an Apple logo next to the Windows one on the store page. Toplitz would announce it in the game’s news feed on Steam, too. So far there is neither.
